Representation is limited to matters related to patent proceedings before the United States Patent & Trade Mark Office including preparing, filing and prosecuting US patent applications (Utility, Design, Plant), Appeals, Post Grant and Inter Partes Review Proceedings, and providing opinions relating to these proceedings.
YEARS OF PATENT EXPERIENCE
Naomi Mann received her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1995, and her Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, in 1998. At UCLA, Naomi conducted research in areas of combustion science, plasma physics, and solid-state chemistry. At law school, Naomi was named to the Dean’s Honor Roll.
Naomi has extensive experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications in complex technologies, and in a vast variety of scientific fields. She also has significant experience in counseling clients and preparing opinion letters on patentability, infringement, patent validity and other related issues.
Naomi is admitted to the State bar of California, and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Naomi works on a contract basis for FAI PATENTS.
