Mr. Fish is a
former partner in the Palo Alto Intellectual Property practice of a
large Los Angeles law firm. He has had his own Intellectual Law
Practice in the Silicon Valley area since 1992 and concentrates on
patent prosecution and litigation work for high tech electronics and
software. Mr. Fish provides patent and trademark services to clients
throughout the world, but mostly in northern California. Mr. Fish is an independent contractor to FAI LLC handling all patent proceedings before the United States Patent & Trade Mark Office (USPTO) including patent preparation, filing and prosecution. For FAI Patents, Mr. Fish limits his practice to patent practitioner representation before the USPTO.
Mr.
Fish has a BSEE degree With Distinction from Northwestern and a Juris
Doctor degree from the University of California Hastings College of the
Law. He was elected to the Tau Beta Pi and Eta Kappa Nu scholastic
honoraries at Northwestern. He was on the Law Review and was Order of
the Coif at Hastings, finishing the first year 3rd in his class of 100,
and graduating in the top 5%. He worked as an extern for Justice Clark
on the California Supreme Court.
